Reservations
You can book a guided tour (or tours) by email or telephone, no later than 24 hours in advance, and for groups of 10 or more people.
Please always include the following details in your booking: your name, contact information, group name, number of participants, language, and the date and time of the tour.
We also appreciate any information that may affect the course of the tour and require special consideration on our part, for example if very young children, elderly visitors with reduced mobility, or guests with disabilities will be participating.

For groups of more than 15 people, the group leader is admitted free of charge.
The tickets have to be collected and paid (in cash or by credit card) in the box-office at least 15 minutes before the tour starts or you lose your reservation!!!
Any change to the language of a booked tour is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour, and only by the person who made the reservation.
